We undertake both voluntary and bailiff appointment repossessions. Our services include lock changes and generally making the property secure and dealing with the utilities. Our report will provide a full inventory of items and can include maintenance work, site clearance, liaising with selling agents and periodic security inspections of the property whilst empty. Neighbourhood Reports

We will prepare a detailed report for a prospective purchaser of a property providing information which is not readily available from standard solicitor searches. Our report can include eg. observations on activities of neighbours, traffic flows at various times of weekday and weekend, comment on local schools and hospitals, comment on local crime rates, general noise levels and any other unusual features.
